We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of all Body Reform products. We will accept returns of unopened resalable items within 10 days of their receipt by you. This means that the seal or wrapping on the product must be in place, it can not be opened. You must promptly return the item(s) to us. All returns require prior approval. Upon receipt of an approved return we will promptly process your refund (for discount voucher refunds see terms below). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please review your purchase prior to completing your order. No product that has been opened will be accepted for return without approval. Return inquiries must be made within 10 days of your purchase or from the date you received your order. If your return is approved please send it back to us within 10 days of approval by insured and prepaid method. Include your packing slip or a note with your invoice number and the reason for your return.

Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge subject to prior approval by us.

Purchases through third parties and voucher promotions are subject to the terms of the particular promotion. Refund requests for approved and confirmed returns must be addressed to the Seller.

P&P charges for purchases with invalid voucher codes will not be refunded.
